My name is John Oviatt and I'm the host of all this.  I come from Michigan where at one time I owned 52 rental units in the suburbs of Detroit.  I've been in this business for more than 2 decades as a Landlord, an Investor, Consultant, and Teacher. 


This group is all about making Real Estate Investing work right here in the Central Florida area (even under current market conditions).  We're also all about telling THE TRUTH as to all the overpriced "snake oil" masquerading as useful education on the topic.  So BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING, check with us - it could save you a LOT of agony.  We have no membership fees and nothing is sold at our meetings (unlike most other clubs).
